Peter Gerbrandt (1848-1915) fonds. -- 1929-1931. -- .25 cm of textual records

Administrative/Biographical History
Peter Gerbrandt was born 18 Feb 1848 in South Russia to Johann and Anna (nee Dyck) Gerbrandt. He was married to Katarina Rempel, with whom he had seven children. He immigrated to Canada in the 1870s, settling in southern Manitoba. He was a member in the Sommerfelder church and became a career farmer.

The records were in the family, most recently with his grandson, John Gerbrandt of Olds, Alberta
